Accessibility statement

Flash American Diner wants everyone to be able to use this website comfortably. We have worked to make the site accessible in line with Israeli Standard IS 5568 (based on WCAG 2.0) at level AA, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.

What we did

• An accessibility menu (the blue button in the corner): bigger text, high contrast, highlighted links, a readable font and stopping animations.
• The whole site works with a keyboard, with a clear focus indicator and a skip-to-content link.
• Images have text alternatives, and the animated film's text is also available as plain text.
• A "Stop animations" button replaces the film with still images and stops animations. The site also respects your device's reduce-motion setting.
• Text has sufficient color contrast against its background.
• The site adapts to phones, tablets and desktops, and supports browser text zoom.
• Form fields have labels, and error messages are announced to screen readers.
• Page language and text direction are set so screen readers read the page correctly.

Known limitations

Online ordering runs on an external system (orderss.co.il) that we do not control. If you have trouble ordering, you can order by phone or WhatsApp: 055-779-2229.

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. If you find a problem, please tell us and we will fix it.
